How to buy

1. CHOOSE
Choose your favorite products and add them to the cart.

2. GO TO CART
Go to your shopping cart and review your selection (you can modify, add or delete anything you want). Follow the instructions to enter your shipping information* and payment method.

3. FINALIZE YOUR PURCHASE
Follow the prompts to complete your purchase. You will receive confirmation and tracking information in your email.

*Important information regarding shipping data:
When you upload your shipping information, please include all the details about your address, floor and door, and indicate any special information in the comments. This way we will make sure that the shipping company finds you and your package arrives in perfect condition.

PAYMENT METHODS:
We use secure payment methods. We accept Paypal and major debit and credit cards. For Bizum payments, please contact us via WhatsApp at +34 679618967.

CREATE YOUR USERNAME:
Creating your user is not mandatory to make your purchase, but it will allow you to keep track of your order history and save time on your next purchase.
If you prefer to make your purchase without creating your user, no problem! Don't forget that we will need your shipping and contact information.

Shipping and returns

PACKAGE SHIPPING
As soon as we receive confirmation of your order and payment, we will begin preparing your order. We will do so as soon as possible and generally within 24 hours (working days) we deliver it to the shipping company. We currently work in Spain with the transport companies CTT and Correos, who make deliveries in Spain within 24-48 hours during working days, from the moment the package enters their system. To keep you up to date with all the news, we will send you the tracking code so you can follow the status of your order.
Shipping costs already include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. Shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package and the destination. The standard price for shipments within mainland Spain is 3.50 euros.
For purchases over 35 euros, shipping is free within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and is automatically discounted in the shopping cart on the website.
For international shipments, please contact us in advance via WhatsApp at +34 679618967 or by email at contacto@kanuivibes.com so we can quote and coordinate shipping to your country. The same applies to the Canary Islands.
We advise you to group all your items into one order, as shipping costs will be applied per order.

RETURNS
We put ourselves in your shoes, and our priority is that you are happy with your order. You can contact us at +34 679618967 or by email at contacto@kanuivibes.com if something happens with your order or any of the products in it, either because something arrived damaged, defective or does not comply with what was requested. In these cases, you must contact us via email or by phone as soon as possible, sending us photos of the broken or damaged products so that we can proceed and offer you a refund. Also, rest assured that we protect all items and especially those fragile ones so that they arrive in perfect condition and we are responsible for any damage they may suffer during shipping. We are not responsible for damage or contingencies related to their subsequent use by the customer. Again, our priority is your satisfaction so we will help you with anything that happens or you need.

What payment methods are accepted?

Are taxes included in the price?
Yes, the price always includes the corresponding VAT, except for the Canary Islands. Also, before completing the purchase you will be able to see the details of the amount to be paid.

Do you ship outside of Spain?
Yes, for international orders please contact us at +679618967 or by email at contacto@kanuivibes.com so we can tell you the price and shipping time to your country.

How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on where you live. As soon as we receive confirmation of your order and payment, we will start preparing your order. We will do this as soon as possible and generally within 24 hours we deliver it to the shipping company. We work in Spain with the transport companies CTT and Correos, who deliver in Spain within 24-48 hours during working days, from the moment the package enters their system. We will send you the shipping number so you can track the status of your order online. If you need urgent delivery, the transport companies charge an additional fee for express delivery, so you can ask us about that option and we will help you.

What do I do if I didn't receive my order confirmation?

Can I pick up my order in store?
The store operates online. If you are in Marbella, Spain, you can also contact us and pick up your order. Write us on WhatsApp at +34 679618967.

Is shipping free if I purchase more than 35 euros?
If your purchases exceed 35 euros, shipping will be free in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands?
Yes, we do. If you live there, please write to us in advance via WhatsApp at +34 679618967 to coordinate the shipment.

Can I apply a discount coupon?
If you have a discount coupon you can add it before completing your order.

Can I use more than one card per order?
At the moment we can only accept one card payment per order. If you have any questions, please write to us at contacto@kanuivibes.com

Are the products exactly as they appear in the photos on the website?
Many products are handmade or made from natural pieces, such as crystals, so they may differ slightly in color and/or appearance.

Can I cancel or change an order I have placed?
If the order has already been confirmed and shipped, changes cannot be made. For more information, send us an email to contacto@kanuivibes.com and we will try to help you as quickly as possible.

Can I customize sets or order individual products?
Yes, if you want to customize your order and add or modify some products to the sets you see on the website, you can write to us via WhatsApp at +34 679618967 and we will be happy to help you.

How can I recover my password if I forgot it?
Go to the login section and click on Forgot your password? Enter your email address and press send. You will receive an email to recover your password.
